Relax and enjoy the superb indoor swimming pool set in a large sunroom with garden on either side.
Renovated to a high standard retaining beautiful beams and stones walls, this unusual house provides comfortable accommodation for 8 or 9, comprising 2 double and two twin rooms, large living area and second lounge.

The beautifully laid out garden is south facing  and has a  choice of  two patios, BBQ and outdoor dining areas.
There is plenty of lawn and an area of mature trees and shrubs to provide shade when it gets too hot!

The Games room with darts, table tennis table, football table, carpet boules is situated in a large barn where there is also a CD player, seating and tea and coffee facilities

The accommodation comprises:
The large open plan living area with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, TV, both English and French Channels, DVD, Video player and CD player.

The kitchen area is well equipped with modern appliances including fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.

Ground floor twin-bedded room (which can also be used as a double-bedded room) has access to the garden

Undercover parking

The house is situated in a small hamlet, rural but not isolated, the village store is 2kms and nearest bar also 2kms. The bread van visits each day for your fresh bread and croissants.
St Maixent L’Ecole and Champdeniers just 10 kms and Niort 12kms and there is a good variety of shops and restaurants in each place
Although accommodation in the house is ideal for 8 or 9 by prior arrangement an additional double room can be made available if required.
